  • Medical Diagnosis and Treatment: Processing is necessary for the purposes of preventive or occupational medicine, medical diagnosis, the provision of health or social care or treatment (Art. 9(2)(h)).

  • Contractual Necessity: To fulfill the service agreement for your dental treatment and appointment scheduling (Art. 6(1)(b)).

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Health (Art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Vital Interests: In case of emergency medical situations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal health data for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation in Turkey (Ministry of Health regulations) and as long as necessary for the purposes of medical treatment and legal liability periods.

  • Dental Laboratories: For the production of prosthetics, veneers, or aligners.
